Refund Policy

At Olen Air, we are committed to ensuring that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a refund within 14 business days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Refunds will appear on your account within 5–15 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will not be issued for items that are not returned in their original condition, including missing packaging or accessories, items returned beyond the allowable return window, or products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 business days of delivery. All items must be unused and in their original packaging with all included accessories, documentation, and tags intact. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a defective product, damage during shipping, or an error in order fulfillment. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns, as Olen Air is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olen Air shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, business interruption, or personal injury, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim, whether based in contract, warranty, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the product that gave rise to the claim.

Fraud Prevention and Misuse

Olen Air reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders that appear suspicious or fraudulent. Such actions may be taken in situations including, but not limited to, orders with mismatched billing and shipping details, high-risk payment methods, or suspected unauthorized reselling.

Governing Law

These policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these policies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indiana, United States.
